  1. Ellie: The orchestra leader of our AI system, Ellie is responsible for interpreting user queries, coordinating the efforts of other components, and ensuring comprehensive and coherent responses.

  2. Personas: These are AI-powered customer simulations that allow businesses to interact with realistic representations of their target audience. Personas inherit the beliefs, values, and personality traits of specific customer groups.

  3. Heracles: A more granular version of Personas, Heracles models individual customers within a target group, acknowledging the diversity within customer segments.

  4. Gremlins: Our advanced data scrapers, designed to efficiently collect large amounts of data from specific sources while maintaining a balance in sentiment and perspective.
