Heracles is Mavera's cutting-edge AI system designed for detailed, individual-level customer modeling. While our Personas system models customer groups, Heracles takes it a step further by creating AI representations of individual customers within these groups.

  2. Behavioral Simulation: Each Heracles model can simulate the behavior, preferences, and decision-making processes of a specific individual customer.

  4. Entropy Calculation: Heracles can calculate the entropy across different customer groups, helping identify areas of consensus and divergence.

  5. Multi-Model Interaction: Heracles can spool up multiple models per conversation, allowing for nuanced, multi-perspective insights.

How Heracles Works

  1. Heracles starts with a base model trained on general customer data.

  2. It then incorporates specific data points related to individual customers, creating unique models.

  3. These models are fine-tuned through millions of queries and interactions.

  4. Heracles uses differential entropy mechanisms to achieve consensus within each individual model.

  5. Like Personas, Heracles models are regularly updated with data from Gremlins and Sprites.

  6. When used, multiple individual models within Heracles contribute to the final response, synthesized via proxies.
